The position of Vice-Chancellor, General Secretary, Dean or Director shall be deemed to be vacant in any of the following cases:- (a) If his resignation from his position is accepted, (b) If he is found guilty by the court of a criminal charge showing moral turpitude, (c) He If he is removed from office according to section 26,
(d) In case of his death.
